Hello everynyan!! I have another exciting chapter of my life to update everyone on.

Quick recap, back in August I met with somebody who was supposed to be my permanent roommate and we were going to rent together in Pittsburgh but unfortunately he had other intentions and my situation became very dangerous very fast. I ended up having to run away on a whim, leaving virtually everything behind and couch crashing with a friend in Virginia for some time. Now I'm back on another waiting list for some housing in NYC with hopes of some kind of help getting my life back on track and preaching a goal of going back to school and finding some stability. As of the moment I'm staying with some friends nearby just until it's my turn on the list. In the meantime I'll be getting a job so I can save some money for my future move-in date :D

Super awesome news gang! I got my computer to run again!

Previously I was having problems with my computer refusing to open up any apps, randomly shutting itself off, and taking obscenely long lag-time. For a while I was scared I was going to have to trash it completely and replace it, but recently a majority of my problems have disappeared so now I can actually use it once again.

I had to revert back to ibis paint for a little bit because of this, which heavily affected my art style. For all of my followers who really liked my crisp lineart and cell shading, rejoice!!! For my followers who prefer the sketchy line art and paint-like rendering, I will still continue to use ibis paint as I enjoy the flexibility of always having it readily available on my phone.

Just a few hours ago, inauguration began.

Keep an eye out for your loved ones who are minorities. Your black friends, your female friends, your transgender friends, your immagrant friends, your disabled friends, your working class friends, your Chinese friends, your single friends who have kids, your friends who are on food stamps, your friends who are homeless, your goth friends, your friends who work in schools, your artist friends, your ugly friends, your weird friends. They are all in a vulnerable position and will be for the next four years. And while we're at it, BUY PHYSICAL BOOKS. CONSUME PHYSICAL MEDIA. GO JOIN YOUR LOCAL LIBRARY. READ AS MANY BANNED BOOKS AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE.

America is on the road to complete oligarchy. The Germans have been warning us for years, but we don't listen. These next 4 years will be a living hell, and we will have to fight through it. Quitting is not an option and I refuse to become another statistic. 41% my fat fucking ASS.

last year was such a chaotic and insane year for me, getting pulled and dragged all over the USA and taking so many risks and gaining just as many things as I had lost. I have made so many friends and new experiences along the way, and I'm so very happy that I am still here with all of you through my ups and downs <333 sadly, the computer I got back in 2020 did not make it to 2025 with us. RIP, you will be missed puter.

This year, I'm making it my goal to find permanent and stable housing and maybe even go back to school! I would also like to continue growing my base here on newgrounds and get a new computer.

I have re-opened my ko-fi shop after almost 3 years of silence, so be sure to check that out! I have gained a bit of a following around here so I'm going to try selling more art outside of just commissions this year (so things like stickers, ychs, adoptables and more!)

Hi gang!

So for the holidays I visited some friends on long island. I've had a wonderful time and I couldn't be happier or more thankful for them opening their arms and letting come stay <3 unfortunately, one of these friends caught covid and by nature so did I. I'm doing fine at the moment but this does mean my flight back home will have to be rescheduled.

It was just announced publicly that mcr's 2nd drummer, Bob Bryar, was found dead in his home.

That's crazy. I don't really have any strong opinions on Bob, but he himself has a long history of unchecked mental health issues and "lolcow" adjacent behaviors. I just hope his family and the rest of mcr take this news with care, as it's not the first time a close friend of the band has taken their own life </3

Something I was asked a while back was if Ghoulena was my mascot.

To answer this question an entire 6 months later, yes! She represents me and my "brand".

WARNING! SPOILERS FOR REVENGE! IF YOU HAVEN'T LISTENED TO IT IN FULL, PLEASE CLICK HERE!

I made her wayyyy back in 2022 when mcr was doing their reunion tour. I was talking to someone in Twitter about monster high dolls and that somehow spiraled into us coming up with an au about three cheers for sweet revenge.

In my very first iteration of Ghoulena, she was supposed to be a ghost-version of the canon character Helena. She had the same hairstyle and dress as this character, and she was accompanied by a ghost Gerard (Ghoulrard).

This didn't really stick for long however, as I later wanted to adapt her into my own original character. I redesigned her again which is how we got her final look. I changed up her hair, giving her a more emo-esque fringe and I changed her dress to a short strapless white one as well as giving her matching shoes.

At this point, I didn't have any real backstory for this character. In fact, I haven't given her much thought until just recently.

She's a malevolent ghost who haunts demolition man from beyond the grave. While demo man was in a gunfight at a restaurant, one of his stray bullets missed his target enemy, hitting her in the heart instead and killing her almost instantly. During her final minutes, she swore revenge on him for taking her life due to a careless mistake. She now haunts him in his dreams, causing him to go mad and tries to prevent him from reaching his ultimate goal: becoming reunited with demolition woman.

I'm not really much of a writer, but for my 2025 goal I would like to finally get into making comics and improving my storytelling skills :)
