This is pretty cool! i like the concept and it has a cute style. the mechanics are a little bit janky and somewhat delay, however my computer is pretty slow so that could be just a me problem.

I can see that there was an idea here, however I did want to leave a few tips that might be helpful!

The boobies:
I can see that you're trying to make it look like they're spilling out a little bit from the side, or maybe you even intend to make them bend the rules of anatomy just a little bit. You can do the latter well still making it look appealing, personally something I would have done is make it look a little bit more like they're coming from the front of the chest rather than looking like they're placed as wings directly on her back.

The face:
Her face appears as though she's looking directly at the viewer from a front angle while the rest of her body is shown at the back angle. I think it would be helpful if you would utilize a reference image and draw her head turned behind (and remember that humans aren't owls, we can't turn our head completely 360)

The shading:
Less is more! And try to picture a singular main light source rather than many.
